How to Make Voila Garlic Chicken


  • 2 large chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp canola oil
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 bunch broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 2 cups carrots, sliced
  • ½ to 1 can sweet corn, drained
  • 1 lb. rotini
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan


Stovetop Method:

  1. Cook rotini according to package directions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sauté chicken until browned on all sides.
  5. Remove chicken from the pan.
  6. Add water to the skillet and pour in broccoli florets to steam them, tossing occasionally, until crisp-tender. (Note: cover the pan if you’d like to expedite the steam process)
  7. Meanwhile, place carrots in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with water. Microwave for about 4 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Drain.
  8. Add carrots, chicken, and corn to the pan.
  9. Combine heavy cream and Ranch seasoning in a bowl and pour into the pan.
  10. Stir skillet contents and bring cream sauce to a boil.
  11. Reduce heat to medium-low and allow the mixture to simmer for 4 minutes or until thickened slightly.
  12. Add rotini to the skillet and mix well to combine.
  13. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Microwave Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients except Parmesan in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir and microwave for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Stir again and microwave for another 2-3 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is thickened.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
