Ever since Yeti first released their tumblers to the world in 2014, I have been a fan. There are so many different brands, sizes, and styles now that my cabinets are slowly filling up with nothing but tumblers. {Even one for my wine because OBVIOUSLY we can not leave out the wine.} But did you know that if you are not cleaning them properly your favorite cup could be making you sick?

Then the other day as I was scrolling through Facebook I came across this video from a chiropractor that had a client that was sick for MONTHS with no relief.
