If you are wanting to use it to decorate a cake or cupcakes, please note that it is delicious, but doesn’t do well at room temperature (2 hours is probably the maximum it would be able to keep). - Whipping with a hand mixer or stand mixer until light peaks form
- Optionally sweetening with sifted powdered sugar or stevia to taste (liquid sweeteners can weigh it down)
