Ordering on ReadyWise was easy, organized and fast. The shipping was discreet with a car, which is preferable to me. The last thing you need is delivery drivers knowing you have survival food, equipment and/or the means to defend both. Four stars, but a little complicated experience…I purchased during a Black Friday sale, but had to call in because the website wouldnt apply the sale on the checkout page. The service rep was excellent, but then we were sent one of four packages and I had to email to get the other three. They immediately sent the other three items, but they looked completely different than the first (three hard plastic tubs vs one nylon grab bag). Very odd.
Generator is a fine machine at a good price. However, I would of liked to have info about who manufactured it so I can have someone to go to if parts or maybe accessories are needed someday.

Food arrived on time, I havent eaten it, hopefully never have to – and in that event hopefully its good and gets me through so that I can update this review accordingly. The water filter in my order never showed up, called their office and they were going to look into it. Never heard back. Got resolution through my CC since I dont have time to manage a companys issues… overall, meh.
I was really looking forward to my sample shipment of Ready-Wise. Upon arrival one of the packages was broke open and was covering all the other product bags. It was kind of disappointing. I did not call and complain. I accepted it but it did make it harder for me to want to reorder a larger quantity because I wouldnt be opening up the 5 gallan buckets right away – they would be used for emergency only and If the sample were damaged during shipping – would the five gallon buckets also be damaged and me not finding out until I needed them.
The only reason its getting 2 starts is because I got a buy 1 get 1 free deal on 72 hour emergency meal kits. The price is expensive. After getting this I was able to buy individual items in bulk and put them in mylar bags way cheaper than the cost of this. The bulk of the “servings” and calories actually come from the powdered milk and orange drink. The only thing I may continue to buy is the entre meals just to add some variety to the food supply.
I dont know about the other buckets, but one family tried this and said it had a chemical taste. Said even their dog wouldnt eat it. Not sure about other products in the bucket, or if other families have tried the other bucket yet or not.

Been working with Blaine for a few years now building a reserve primarily for weather disasters and had to restock after Hurricane Ian hit South Florida. He is very competent and got me restocked quickly. I also treated my adult children to a few buckets each of emergency food and was able to get shipping around the country. Hi mainly I buy the food for people who aren’t prepared for emergency I explain to them the name of your company and i know they tell their friends and family about it after receiving food box Just telling someone to be prepared doesn’t work most of the time Handing them a box of Emergency Food helps them understand how important it is I often Ask them do you know a older single person living alone ? How will you feed your children if can’t get to a store ? Me and my office is prepared all of us we live in a Fire zone
I placed my order and the company had UPS return it during shipping. They did not tell me or give an explanation. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back. I contacted Wise many times and they never responded. They didnt respond to Paypal either.
Ordering was easy! Finding status and tracking was nearly impossible. My large order showed up very quickly but unexpectedly & was difficult to handle arrangements. There was little to no communication from merchant. I wish I had been more informed through the process. I couldn’t plan for my shipment & didn’t know what was going on no matter where I reached out to find out.
