- 1/3 cup Early Bird Farm & Mill Creamy Wheat
- 2 cups Water or Milk
- 1/4 tsp Salt (optional)
- Gradually add Early Bird Farm & Mill Creamy Wheat to boiling water or milk, stirring constantly to prevent boil-over.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for about 3 minutes or to desired thickness, stirring frequently. Cool slightly and serve.
