- 2 Tbsp beans, (pinto or whatever you have on hand)
- 2 Tbsp chow chow —- (it is a pickled relish with several veggies in it)
How To Make hillbilly hot dogs
- 1 Grill your hot dogs and toast your buns. Heat up your bean mixture or just plain beans (have it your hillbilly way) lol
- 2 Cook up your pinto beans w/bacon, onion and seasonings. Ill get back here and post my recipe soon for the pinto beans.
- 3 Put 2 Tbsp of the beans and 2 Tbsp of the Chow Chow…I would be generous with the Chow Chow cause it tastes so so good!!!! Hope you enjoy a little bit of Hillbilly cookin!
