This is a wonderful product and the customer service for a brewing issue I was having. For some reason, the “dial” setting for the number of ounces changed from 12 Oz to 11 Oz, and it was making Less coffee. I could not figure out why. I called customer service and what a pleasant surprise. Not only did the agent speak very fluent English, but she was also very helpful in solving my problem. To better understand my issue, she connected a video link to my phone, so I could show her the issue. She immediately saw the problem that the right-hand setting was on “Rich Brew,” which reduces the amount of water used for a cup. Replaced for the second time 3/8/23 the plastic pitcher for Ninja bender at a cost of $84 shipped. Today ( 4 1/2 months later) the whole bottom cracked apart and leaked juice drink all over. Called Customer Service and was told there is no warranty on the replacement! I argued it was obviously defective from the way it cracked and they called it usage. So now Im left with no choice but to either order new or ditch a less than year old blender for another which wont be a Ninja. Really poor customer care.
