does the granite stone pan actually work

You lied to me about cost of chopper and falsely charged me hundreds of dollars more than represented in outlandish offering / recording after I simply wanted to by granite knives C

Months later and havnt received my first purchase and can’t get any help or answers of why or when M

Ordered the 6 piece knife set and was very disappointed. They are not sharp even after sharpening them I can’t even cut through a potato skin. Forget about cutting a steak J

This pan is a great solution when cooking from semi scratch (Semi creativly custom) skillet meals. Its size solves the problem with your finished batch size that has grown in volume to with in just the tiniest bit from the top edge of the standard profile frying pan. And with that famous granite stone finish, form meets function. m

These knives are by far THE best knives Ive ever owned! My only problem is I need to order just one knife & dont know how to! A

Bottom heating element quit working after 1 week. Paddles broke within days. Loved the pizzas I made until it quit working H

It heats up to 700 degrees and then you put your pizza in and it cools off to 400 degrees and never gets any hotter. And I was so looking forward to using it!! C

Was looking for new pans came across this product online so giving it a try. So far it’s been a great experience. Love the color Navy blue & hammered look. Cooks evenly & not sticking (I do always use a bit of oil or butter). T

Part of a three pan order. The other two arrived damaged due to negligent shipping. Meaning there was no packing material in any of the boxes, no doubt to cut costs. This pan being the smallest, managed to survive due to small things being stronger than large things on a volume/volume ratio; all other things, like the thickness of the pans, being equal. D

It really does a great job. Take a lurker practice to find the temperature that you like your pizza done at. Ive also used it to make flat beads and open faced sandwiches. I wish there was a little more height to it for deep dish or thicker dough. If they removed or made one of the handles on the stone removable, that would make turning the pizza a full 180 possible. R

I love my set. Had it for over 3 years. Love it. Easy clean. Stackable. Beautiful. Nonstick. Great. Except the lids. From the very beginning, after you wash them, the water gets in around the edges and stays stuck. Breeding ground for bacteria. Impossible to clean. L

This pan is perfect for making bacon. Its large enough to perfectly fry 6-8 strips of bacon with little to no shrinkage. I wish this one came with my original set, but cest la vie. Thankful it, at least, matches the set I previously purchased. P

The fulfilment house ships the products completely unprotected. Two of the three items I ordered arrived damaged, only the 8″ pan arrived intact, probably due to its smaller size and the ratio of strength to weight and weight to volume.

You get two stars because the non-stick coating does perform well. However, you only get two stars because the aluminum pans you apply the coating to are cheap shit, that are barely strong enough not to bend & crack under their own weight. M

Truly anti stick and no unhealthy stuff. I want to order more of this product. 10 stars! P

I’ve been using it for over a month and fry eggs in it almost daily. They simply do not stick, with or without oil. The coating seems to be very strong and scratch resistant. The pan itself it pretty lightweight and because of that doesn’t retain heat real well.

Nonstick food release: Nonstick food release score reflects the nonstick qualities of a pans interior by cooking four eggs consecutively without oil. An Excellent score indicates that all four eggs slid off the pan without assistance; A Poor score indicates that scraping was needed to release any egg from the pan and some egg residue was left on the pan.

New GraniteStone Pro Series Pan Review: Better Than the Original?

FAQ

Does Granitestone cookware really work?

Granite stone cookware does come with some advantages. For instance, it is healthy and non-toxic (that is, if the porcelain coating isn’t damaged). It is lightweight, durable, and easy to clean. Granite cookware is perfectly suited for low and medium-heat cooking.

Why is my Granitestone pan sticking?

Low to medium heat should be used. Preheat your pan on the lowest temperature and wait a minute for the oil to heat up before adding the food. Ceramics effectively disperse heat, allowing things to cook more quickly and evenly. High heat can cause food to adhere to the surface, discoloring or damaging it.

Is Granitestone safer than Teflon?

Granite cookware are safe as long as no damage happened to porcelain coating. Unlike Teflon coated pan it will not emit any toxic fumes. For durability of these cookwares foolow these steps.

Is Granitestone better than cast iron?

Granite has an advantage that it is somewhat more dimensionally stable than cast iron, so it can be used to make higher grade surfaces. Also, granite is more rigid than cast iron so it is less likely to deflect under a heavy load or if it is clamped. On the other hand the mica in granite can degrade leading to pitting.

What is a granitestone Pan?

The commercial is exactly what you’d imagine for an As-Seen-on-TV product: a little obnoxious and over the top, but still pretty convincing. The GraniteStone Pan promises to be “the world’s most durable nonstick pan known to man.” No need for butter or oil and your perfectly cooked fried eggs will still just slide right out of the pan.

Are Graniterock & granitestone pans worth it?

As affordable as GraniteRock and GraniteStone pans are, we give them an average rating for value because they tend to lose their nonstick properties quickly, and because nonstick pans in general have an average life span of less 1-5 years. For this reason, we recommend buying more durable cookware than nonstick.

Does granite stone Frying pan stick?

The pros and cons of the Granite Stone 11″ nonstick frying pan include mixed results about whether foods don’t stick. For the most part, I’ve found the non-stick claims are valid, but underheating or overheating the pan before adding food can cause some stickiness with certain foods when using no oil.

Is granite stone cookware good?

Many people wonder if Granite Stone Cookware is good and if it’s worth the investment. The answer to this question depends on individual preferences and needs. Granite Stone Cookware is made with a kiln-baked coating that is PFOA-free, which means that it won’t leach toxins into your food.
