So, we used that same meat at the same heat on two different surfaces. One salmon fillet went onto the Gotham Steel Stovetop Grill without oil or non-stick spray. The other salmon filet went onto a non-stick pan, and we added almond oil.
Well see about that! We used my dairy-free cheese because of my food allergies. It melted just like normal cheese would. I took a spatula to pick up and flip the cheese, and it came right up!
After identical cooking time, neither stuck. The salmon fillet on the traditional non-stick pan was about 10 degrees hotter than the one on the Gotham Steel Stovetop Grill, but both cooked thoroughly. Clearly, cooking times will vary.
