Yes. All of our All-Clad Cookware Collections are oven safe. Our fully bonded stainless steel collections can be put in the oven or broiler for up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit, while our non-stick & natural ceramic collections can be put in the oven up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

As well as this, all of All-Clad’s stainless steel cookware range is safe to use under the broiler, again, for a maximum temperature of 600 degrees Fahrenheit. The glass lids cannot be used under the broiler, either. However, All-Clad’s non-stick cookware differs slightly from the Stainless Steel range in that it can withstand lower temperatures.
Can you use stainless steel cookware under a broiler?
This is 315 degrees Celsius if you are that way inclined. As well as this, all of All-Clad’s stainless steel cookware range is safe to use under the broiler, again, for a maximum temperature of 600 degrees Fahrenheit. The glass lids cannot be used under the broiler, either.
Are all-clad pans oven safe?
The non-stick cookware user manual says, “Pots and pans are oven safe up to 500°F. Lids are oven safe up to 350°F. Avoid use under the broiler.” These instructions are not totally consistent with what the All-Clad customer service representative told me.
Can a non-stick cookware range be used under a broiler?
Unlike the stainless steel range, All-Clad’s non-stick cookware range cannot be used under the broiler. It is not designed for broiler usage. Just like the stainless steel range, any glass lids from the non-stick cookware are not oven safe, so do bear this in mind!
