Which beef mince should I use for burgers?
I prefer using 20% fat beef mince when making burgers as I find that they turn out less dry and chewy than 5% and 12% fat beef mince. With a greater fat content, it’ll make the burgers moister and juicier, plus it will add extra flavour as well.
