Finally, sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese on the steaks then pat it down into the meat so that it sticks on.
Carefully arrange the seasoned steak in the preheated air fryer and air fry for 5-6 minutes flipping it halfway through the cooking time so that it cooks evenly.
