Just like animal-derived meat, you should keep Beyond Beef® at refrigerated temperature until you cook it on the stovetop, griddle, or grill. Use within 3 days of opening if purchased frozen, thaw in fridge, and use within 10 days. If kept frozen, use by date printed on pack.

Beyond Beef Crumbles: Frozen, already cooked “beef” crumbles. Beyond Meat products can be used in any recipes that call for ground beef, burger patties, or sausage. Follow the recipe as written, substituting the appropriate Beyond Meat product.
How to make a healthy burger?
There are different ways to make a healthy burger. Traditional bread can be replaced by wholemeal bread or skillet bread rich in fiber or other similar preparations. The sauce used can be a homemade avocado sauce or beet hummus for example. Meat can be prepared at home with ground beef and natural seasonings or you can use shredded chicken breast or canned tuna. Lettuce, tomato and onion are also welcome and a healthy burger.
Can you cook beyond burgers without a grill?
If you don’t have a grill or grilling isn’t your favorite cooking method, Beyond Burgers cook just fine in a stovetop skillet, too. While your grill preheats, you can season your Beyond Burgers. I like to use salt, pepper, cumin, garlic, onion powder and a pinch of smoked paprika.
