Best Healthy Deviled Eggs
- 4 medium eggs
- 2 tablespoon light mayo
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika optional
- 1 sprig parsley optional
- Cook the eggs until they are hard boiled
- Peel the hard boiled eggs.
- Slice the long ways down the center of the whites.
- Remove the yolks.
- Combine the yolks only with mayo, mustard, vinegar, and salt. Mix until creamy.
- Scoop the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
